We provide a wide variety of Computer services, ranging from driver installation and spyware removal, website development and hosting, to server installation, multi-site solutions and bespoke software.
In the past few months we have also been able to provide a remote assist service that requires no prior installation on a clients computer and allows us to administrate a computer remotely - as long as the computer has internet access.
Our standard labour charge is £50 exc.VAT per hour, and for remote assist we charge £30 exc.VAT for the first 30 minutes.
Jobs are allocated based on severity of problem, and our usual response time is within 8 working hours, although our average response time is much less.
